Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • Your order will be shipped the next day if your payment is received no later than 1pm PST (west coast) or 4pm EST (east coast). Some Exceptions may apply.
  • Next day shipping only applies to payments received Monday-Friday. All orders paid for after 4pm EST on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday (if that Monday is not a holiday).
  • At this time we only ship to the lower 48 states only. Shipping will be done by UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority. Tracking info will be emailed to you when your order ships. If within 2 days of your purchase you haven't received a tracking # please contact us by email or by Phone
  •  Insurance on your purchase will be provided by us for free up to the first $100.

Return Policy

  • All Returns Require Prior Authorization. Please email us for an Return Authorization. We will then give you a return Number and shipping address.
  • Recordplayerz.com allows you to return any item within 20 days of your purchase date. You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Buyer pays for return shipping to Recordplayerz.com, unless item was damaged or defective when buyer received the item. In that case the buyer will have the return shipping refunded to them after Recordplayerz.com recieves the returned item.
  • All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer’s packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards. Sealed Records/Lps Must be unopened in original condition.
  • Return of Damaged or Defective Items within 10 days of your purchase date.
  • You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made.
  • Please include a detailed written description of the defect and how to replicate the problem.
  • Merchandise found to be non-defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additional fees may be assessed for missing hardware. 
  • Some items we sell may be non-refundable and/or returnable.
  • Non returnable products include but are not limited to: Software and CD's, DVD's, Downloadable Products
